Mix-ups, mayhem and a gay wedding! The Drowsy Chaperone is a musical farce parodying the golden age of musicals through a play in a play format. The musical is shaped around The Man in the Chair who sings and dances along to his favorite cast album. Once he plays the record, his living room is transformed into the 1920s classic, "The Drowsy Chaperone". With campy musical theatre tropes, dancing monkeys, a 5-min song with 7 costume changes, this show's energy is contagious to anyone who has a love for theatre.
